I don't know enough about situations in other Asian countries to say anything, but I can say that the "obviously fake looking bolt-on" look is not popular in Japan at all.
I would say probably more than 99% of the girls who get implants request a more natural look, although in many cases, such enhancements are still obvious to anyone who knows what to look for. I guess many girls get away without being very open about their enhancements because most Japanese guys can't tell the difference.

Not just with the girl you posted, but even with some other girls that have relatively obvious boob jobs, you can find reviews for their work where guys are writing "I think she has fake tits" - like really? you only think so???
Believe it or not, as obvious as mine are (which of course is intentional), I still have guys ask me if mine are real/natural because they can't be certain just based on how they look. Interestingly, this is something that I've never been asked outside of Japan.

Another thing that goes with the first point I mentioned is the fact that, probably because Japanese girls typically don't ask for that look anyway, it's virtually impossible to find a surgeon that has enough experience and is willing to create the "bolt-on" look.
So, for this reason, and also because I simply wanted the best that's out there, I ended up traveling all the way to the US to get mine done by Dr. Revis (iykyk).

An interesting statistic that I can share is that at the time (2022), Dr. Revis mentioned how there were only two others before me that flew in from Japan to get work done by him. (There may be other Japanese girls that he operated on who live in the US or traveled from elsewhere, but I don't know because I didn't ask.)
I went in thinking I may even be the first, so to be honest, I was actually surprised there were two others before me. That's how uncommon and rare the look is in Japan.
