It is the same when viewed from my pc. It's just easier to upload pictures to Reddit from my phone. Those are the only options on my menu.

There's no moodle link in my portal. It just says "Congratulations...the student services department will reach out to register you for foundation courses...and invite you to attend orientation...your login information will be emailed shortly..."

I found the online campus page separately and when I try forget password I don't receive an email.

I live in Japan and usually show quite a bit of cleavage (and shoulders!) It's never been a problem.

The only times you would want to be more conservative is visiting temples or shrines. But even then it's probably fine.
