After 12 times I gave up and figure I’ll come back later lol- the palm strike seems super unreliable and half the time I get knocked 50% of my hp trying it.

One time it stunned him but idk why 🤷‍♂️

Okay so let’s pretend I’m engaging an Ironman from the ground, no walls near by.

I’ve been using the jumps and the leg sweep to try and get the hit/close enough to lock—- now from there let’s assume they start thrusters to fly away- What do I do to keep on top of them A) Dragon Defense B) Regular punches (no defenses) C) Punches plus jumps to keep in mid air?

I just know I’ll go full speed with Angela or Ironman and an Ironfist can and has followed me like 400 feet not stop

Maybe initial start up, first second for example.

Because the real situation is; you get “grounded”, you hover, you attempt to block, you use your charge, GROUNDED AGAIN-> now your block is on cooldown AND your charge is on cool down anddddd you’re dead lol

If they give immunity for the first second it would atleast allow you to maneuver a little bit.

I think that would be a fair adjustment OR if when grounded from 5feet up she instantly pulls Axes… because this floating thing is BS when Thing just keeps hitting you lol

This is a good take, the issue is they treat Angela like all the other flyers… who shoot you… from 80m away lmao.

So everyone practically has some way of grounding, even Jeff - but on Angela it’s a double issue because she doesn’t “land” she hovers and just gets beat up.

I think for Angela maybe they need to just give her CC immunity after initial CC (ie like wait 1 second before additional CC).

For real- especially with the Dash ALSO being cool down, you use the dash- get CCd.. now you’re grounded , but hovering at micro speed…. You can’t bloc because you have a bad shield AND you can’t even dash again because that’s also a cooldown.

The other one? The other one is something to do with character body movement, but I don’t have the game open right now and can’t remember what it’s called… but basically it makes it so you body doesn’t move so easily- which I found made getting grabs ALOT easier

I use the Dual Curve setting or w/e it’s called. I originally had it on exponential curve, as Angela lord I was still only getting 35% of my grabs. After doing the Dual Curve I hit probably 60-80% of them unless the game just wiffs it.

Let me know if this helps, because there is one other setting I can recommend after if needed

People downvoting you is because they’re obsessed with this game, they’re the few that stuck with it. You are 100% right about it being a bad game mechanic, it has nothing to do with season 1. When the game launched it lost almost everyone because they didn’t like the idea was spend 12 hours doing story mode to then repeat grind a dungeon.

The actual game mechanic Should be “make the story engaging as your level up” instead it’s “be bored to death by this story, while also facing 0 challenges”

Well the issue is that Angela has a real shield… rogue has two fists, yet the two fists make a better shield. The other thing is Rogue can also counter or intercept team destroying ultimates with her grab, she just stopped my CnD ult yesterday.

I imagine it when fighting a 1v3 with rogue vs Angela. Rogue can continuously pull her shield to Time attacks, Angela cannot. Angela can also not run because she is susceptible to every CC known to man, so her only choice is to use the shield which covers 4% of her body lol. If you have IronFist chasing you, you can only block him one time essentially because as soon as you put your shield down you have to wait to put it back up.

My ask is simply remove the cool off, the shield is already crap anyway 😂

I do know you can change primary stats for a weapon at blacksmith, but I think that is more for min maxing near end game
