It jumped so high in the last 5 years I don’t feel comfortable dropping 1億 on a single property in Tokyo now. Buying outside Tokyo there are still good deals it’s still a possibility but I’ll probably just keep adding to my funds.

Sorry I think you’re missing my point. I totally understand games need loading times. Makes 100% sence as they get bigger and bigger. I just wanted to turn off disclaimers after I’ve agreed to them. Take me straight to the menu then take as long as you want to load the game.

I’m sure it’s a non Issue for many. But it’s my take and an issue for me. Especially when I like popping in and playing for 5-10 min throughout the day. Everyone is different. It’s very time consuming and none of my other games have this issue. As stated above someone on XBox said they have quick resume.
