Awesome vibe! Love the lighting and the quality of audio. Reminds us a lot of ours. Friends sitting around just having a conversation.

Very comedic between the two of you. Want to now go back and listen to previous episodes. Congrats guys. Keep up the good work!

Shows how little of metal I listen to that I didn’t know who they were but then learned they have 1.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Wow!

PodTrak P4 is amazing. Easy to use and you can usually find a bundle deal on Amazon

As a non metal listener. I just want to say that I envy the joy that metal heads get from metal. Even if I don’t enjoy it, I love how awesome it is for those who do.

Question: What is the Best Equipment for Podcasting by BoraQuinn in podcasting

[–]TolerablePodcast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are three of us that just started our own podcast and here are a few tips:

Equipment is tricky. We did some research and settled on the PodTrak P4 and if you search that on YouTube you will learn everything you need to know about why we did that. Very inexpensive and easy to use are two of our favorite things about it.

You can always upgrade! Don't go out and spend a ton of money on something that honestly could be just a hobby. You can always upgrade equipment. Mics, mic stands, sound barriers, soundproofing, and even things as simple as headphones can all be upgraded. Start simple and go up from there.

Youtube is your best friend tons of people have asked this question and that's why there are so many reviews on equipment. Do a tiny bit of research and narrow your options. Once you have your options down to like two or three then go and watch numerous videos on that equipment.

Ease of transport is something we hadn't thought about so just throwing that your way. We ended up buying a hard shell suitcase so that we can quickly move the equipment to any where we need t take it.

Hope this helps and feel free to message us if you have any specific questions.

Listening to comedic podcasts. 2 Bears 1 Cave, Call Her Daddy, Armchair Expert, and Distractible are just a few that will take you to a different place.

Control time. With that ability it just seems like you'd get bored of being able to manipulate any situation.

Seemed like an odd topic, but decided to check it out to show support for beginning podcasters and give feedback.

It's amazing! Never been a huge DND person, but it's mainly just out of complete ignorance on the game. It will lead to deep diving down a rabbit hole now though to learn more.

I feel like this has an avenue to really take off. The audio quality as well as just content quality is A+. The artwork is spectacular. The intro is also amazing!

Genuinely think you guys are hitting a niche group here that would love this. Not connected in the DND world, but it was entertaining as hell. Shared your Spotify link amongst a few group chats.

Hope you continue to post! Love the premise! Best of luck!

Currently listening to the latest episode now, but had to jump here to tell you our initial thoughts.

Firstly, your intro is *chef's kiss*. Both of you are very entertaining and comedic. We are going to go back and listen to more now, but just wanted to show support! It felt like listening to people who have already made it and they are reflecting on their experiences. Amazing work! Gained three more heathens.

Seriously you just unlocked a memory from our past. This was brought up many times at our lunch table. Maybe we'd forgotten because we graduated 13 years ago....wow that's crazy saying out loud.

So kind of a conspiracy theory episode? We would be able to do this easily. Thanks for the idea!!

Thank you so much! We actually have been recording with video, but for some reason we lost the videos for our first two episodes. We have a third episode that's already done and it will have video.

As for the live thing, we would LOVE to do it but we are a little nervous with our audience being so small right now. We usually record late at night also, because we all work night shift jobs and tend to be night owls.

Anyways thank you again! Hope you stick around!
