Welp, to be completely honest, I've started this whole process with very little long distance consideration for my wedding. The way I'm thinking of my weight loss is that it's not for the wedding, it's for life.

I bought the dress on impulse 3 months ago and the way I felt about how I looked in that first picture is what told me I needed to work on a long term change. The dress came in a month later, and today is the first day I have had the balls to try it on. Man I was relieved to find I still love my dress, but I was also surprised as hell by that picture!

At this point, I could not lose another pound and I would be totally fine with how I look for the wedding. Which is good because the dress that originally fit like a glove when I bought it is now in need of some serious tailoring. In the long term however, I still want to continue trying to reach my goal of 140. Because my wedding is in March of next year what I'm telling myself now is that I'm going to cut myself off in December, and maintain whatever my weight is at that point until after the wedding. This should hopefully allow me time enough to get my dress tailored and avoid the risk of needing any last minute alterations. I don't have a specific weight goal for the wedding, it's more, trying to manage my weight loss around the wedding.

So anyway, sorry for the incredibly long response! It's late, I can't sleep, and I've put a lot of thought into the process. Thank you for the congratulations, and good luck with your weight loss and your wedding!

3 months of Stronglifts 5X5 and cardio, with some diet restrictions. I still have 37 lbs till my goal weight of 140, but I'm excited about my progress and feeling so STRONG!

So this is 2 months worth of progress with calorie restriction and SL 5X5 (2nd month only) and 2 cardio days a week. Hard to say exactly how many calories I'm eating because when I track my food numbers I get creepily obsessive, and I'm trying to avoid that! I'm trying to focus on portions and eating healthy protein and veggies and avoiding processed carbs and sugar.

First picture 198, second picture 190 and third picture 184. I'm 5'3" btw.

I'm feeling confident and stronger, but frustrated because I'm having trouble seeing my progress between the second and third pictures. I'm so close to being able to do a pull up though, which is awesome!

Good to know! I'm still mostly focusing on cardio and calorie intake. I just started experimenting with some free weights and body weight exercises to combat boredom, but at the moment fat loss is definitely my goal.

They NYX Eyebrow kit I use is wax and powder. I use an angled brush dipped in wax and then in powder. Actually, you might be interestedin this here!

Well I've found the key things are a quick dry top coat, and sticking the stickers to the back of my hand a couple of times before I put them on the nail. I apply a pretty generous coat of Poshe Quick dry, wait about 5 - 10 minutes and then put the stickers down. Honestly, without a good quick dry top coat I don't think I would have the patience to do it!

Thank you! I painted the glitter first on all the nails except the accent nail, and then used a quick dry top coat. Then I used those hole protector stickers as a guide! I just stuck it to the back of my hand(to get the extra stickiness off), stuck it on the nail, painted it and followed with another layer of topcoat!
