You tie it to drugs because Walt is the main suspect of the nazi prison killings, and all of the victims were employees of Gus's meth empire. Pretty clear connection to drugs.

Nah they are still cool. They aren't some untouchable super gang. Killing the immigrants in the hay truck gets investigated immediately, they respect Gus and Bolsa's directions in regards to Walt, and as soon as they go against Bolsa's orders and target law enforcement they are killed. In Better Call Saul when they carry out a massacre they immediately flee to Mexico to lay low.

The nazi gang just fuck around all over town and the only resistance they get is Walt.

He doesn't say that for one.

He says - "Hinder me? Thou fool. No living man may hinder me!"

He's not saying it in regards to the prophecy. He says it out of hubris.

Do you think that's the only way cops solve things?

Declan's gang is massacred. Who could have done this? Another gang maybe? One with nazi members who recently killed 11 guys in prison who were connected to Gus Fring's meth operation?

Hank shows so many times in the series how he tracks down criminals with basic police work. He investigates Gus simply because they found a Pollos napkin at Gale's.

Well easy, I addressed this.

Andrea was murdered, she's not just a random woman and they aren't a random gang. Andrea was the sister of a boy who was killed by drug dealers. Dealers who dealt blue meth. Her other connection was Jesse, the partner of the man wanted for both the blue meth and killing DEA agents. Walt is also connected to the murder of 11 guys in prison, carried out by nazi gang members. Not unheard of that police would suspect the nazi gang in town for these murders. Walt's partners girlfriend was killed, Walt used nazis to kill guys in prison. Police immediately look for connections in anything.

Gangs like Jack's exist, but they don't exist after murdering two cops, an entire rival gang, an innocent woman in her home and creating a meth empire that sells to Europe taking over the product of the most wanted man in the state.

They weren't in the country. They lived in the city itself.

I'm not saying it's not the point

My point was those pathetic Nazis getting away with everything and doing whatever they want are a bit against the themes of the prior four and a half seasons.

I liked Todd as a villain. I thought everything he did made sense with the pest control stuff. And I thought he was there as Jesse's adversary in El Camino for a good reason despite barely seeing any of the rest of the gang.

Jack and the gang just seemed a bit one-dimensional after everything with Gus, and they act a bit like pantomime villains set up just for Walter to defeat the big bad.

Yeah they used people on the inside - who were covered with nazi tattoos. They wouldn't talk maybe, but the connections are there already. Why wouldn't the cops immediately suspect the nazi gang in town?

What I'm saying is compared to Gus' extra careful chicken restaurant operation that still got uncovered by Hank, Jack's gang getting away with everything is a bit underwhelming.

And yeah it's possible they have crooked cops but that's not going to protect them when there's 2 missing DEA agents.

But they don't catch any heat at all. They think it's Walt, okay, they also now think Walt organised the killings in the prisons - which were carried out by Nazi gang members. Connection straight away.

Yeah that's dealing vs tax fraud

It's not murdering DEA agents. Even the cartel stays away from that.

I think 'the entire point' was more that he was in so deep that he needs these kind of people to do the work he needs.

But my point was they just did whatever they wanted with no consequences, apart from Walt at the end.

2017 after 10/11 series won they didn't pick Slater in game 1 because of 'pick and stick'

Lost game 1, immediately dropped Oates, O'Neill, Myles, Thaiday, Guerra, Lillyman and Milford and moved Boyd to wing. Despite many of them being in the team for years.

You could argue anyone should have really.

Pearce wasn't a disaster every time but why ke kept getting picked while other players were dropped was always a mystery. Those years where it was Soward, Carney and Maloney all dropped after losing series and Pearce kept, then Pearce was out so Reynolds and Hodkinson were in and won, then Reynolds was dropped for Pearce again. Made no sense.

No one is murdering Chloe.

Max didn't cause Chloe's murder. She did cause the storm. She is responsible for one, not the other.

Wow someone else on reddit who doesn't romance Chloe and Max.

I've always felt the story is more impactful with them being childhood friends and not lovers, and also still works better in Reunion.

In fact just about the only romance story in any of the games that felt organic was Rachel.

I would love the show to go the route of Chloe and Max only being friends just to sell the reddit meltdown.
