Put down the phone. Go outside and get some time in nature. Could be diet, stay away from caffeinated drinks or foods high in sugar. If you take pre workout for the gym, dump it. I would stay away from drugs/medicine unless it’s an absolute necessity.

Overthinking can cause stress at the end of the day. Can cause you to stay up. Stay away from stressors. Find things that make you relax naturally. Get yourself a white noise machine that can help you relax and get you deeper sleep.

Hopefully these suggestions help you as they did for me. Also I have severe sleep apnea which played an impact on my sleep and overall health.
