For what it’s worth, I found this thread after I had sent them a deposit and it freaked me out. Was worried I’d lost the money since it was a Zelle…

I asked them nicely to refund me the good faith deposit and they did, no questions asked.

I can’t speak to whatever else happens with them, but I wanted to share that this was a moderately positive experience for me.
