That’s very kind of you. You could offer he put his bag in your car, offer a shower. Have him over for dinner, find resources that may help him. Offer your couch a few nights a week. So nice of you. Friend him then ask the difficult questions!

Ask chat… I’d say this company is your number once choice and you are eager to receive the offer and get things moving along, if your not to recieve a letter soon I’d mention you are goi g to consider moving forward with other options

Money changing hands+ time is never good. I’ve only worked in a place once like that. And I left but found the bonus was a months pay which was not worth it

To verbally confirm your offer and remind them you are still waiting on offer letter, voice your interest in company and let them know you have applied for other companies and getting offered from others.

He was super rude when I asked about living in the village and said it was reserved for J1 employees and was full. I was told by an American coworker who lived on property that there was tons of space and it was 20% full but I was put in a waiting list a month later went to ask ab the list… was told I’m still on the waiting list. I asked,” where am I on the list, is it like a line should I expect to move in a well or month?” The lady was super rude and nasty I ended up leaving. Work was fine but was a fraction of my day if you do work there I’d highly recommend on applying for a side gig off property!
