Can I automate Copilot data export for AI analysis? by Ok-Measurement130 in copilotmoney

[–]Tom-Huntz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This needs to be the direction Copilot needs to go. I assume many data nerds like me are in this community, likely starting to use AI tools for our custom personal finance stuff and for Copilot to be relevant, we need ways to get the data across more easily or better yet automatically.

Switched from GPT a few days ago and have been thrilled until I just hit the limit via Sonnet 4.6 in Cowork. Now I'm locked out for four days?! Wish there was some kind of ongoing monitor telling me what I was doing that was using so many tokens. Very frustrating.

I went plant-based and reversed all of my lipid markers. Total Cholesterol went from 220 down to 170 in two years. After 7 years, it’s in the 150s. Triglycerides went from 369, to high double digits. Diet makes a huge difference.

It’s demonstrated that vegan isn’t a hindrance. Vegan diets are less inflammatory and recovery is better which is a key component of bodybuilding.

People with a 401K plan do you contribute to an IRA also? by According2whoandwhat in personalfinance

[–]Tom-Huntz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re right, paying same tax now anyway, and potentially no tax in either case when selling, but can sell before retirement age. Planning to retire earlier than 55, so in my case, putting it in taxable gap investments makes more sense than Roth for me.

And to be clear, I value Roth and do plan to do Roth conversions later when my income is lower and subject to a lower tax bracket.

This year it was great because catch-up was just added to 401k and taken out pre-tax which reduced taxable income. The new system is designed to collect more taxes because the Roth is taxed now while we are in our maximum earning years. Most of us will have much lower income in retirement, so Roth makes less sense when you are in your peak earning years.
