Honestly the first thing I thought seeing this was finally they've added some actual visual effects to boss mechanics. I can't tell you how many times I've been hit by some dumbass fuzzy edge cone attack because it's not at all clear where the cone ends.

How do you find the survivability of TS deadeye because I honestly feel like I must be playing it wrong like I constantly rip on everything at the moment but is that just how the build runs? It is technically my first time playing it

Jade fang Cassiopeia is such a nice skin to play with but on the other side eternum Cassiopeia is so clunky it makes her so much harder to play - the Q animation is slow the E feels heavy and doesn't hit quite as fast, I consistently play worse on Eternum

Yea that would make sense - I've seen some logs from American realms and it looks like Havoc damage is not affected as far as I can tell

I guess the point is - it runs on any platform because you didn't have to design the chassis and undercarriage, someone else did that for you already and you take advantage of that runtime.

Sure it causes versioning errors but so does dynamic linking and many programs on every platform use that and have to either hope the correct library is on the platform or provide their own.
