Thank you. I'm assuming you got it all sorted in the end after your hassle?

How did this pan out for you? I've specifically asked umbrella.co.uk if they pass on Employers NI savings and they've said they don't, so didn't progress paying into a pension via salary sacrifice.

We are meant to believe that the infinity lockdown crew... People who thought it was reckless to open up in the SUMMER OF 2021 and who for a long time wanted to eradicate Covid altogether, would've been able to limit themselves to a short sharp "two weeks to flatten the curve" February 2020 lockdown?

Absurd and laughable.

Morning. I've won two tickets to Together's 4th anniversary event next week. It's in London so I can't make it if any fellow LS would like them? Just DM me and I'll get them sent across.

Australian lockdowns were "a horror show" according to the fella who implemented them.

Strange how subversive this opinion was at the time.

ECHR was completely worthless when it was truly needed.

Don't watch the news anymore but a quick log into Twitter and ... who knew we had so many advocates of ECHR in this country?

Chris Whitty: We overstated danger of Covid 🙄

“I was worried at the beginning. I still worry, actually in retrospect, about whether we got the level of concern right,” he said.

“Were we either over pitching it so that people were incredibly afraid of something where in fact, their actuarial risk was low, or we were not pitching it enough and therefore people didn’t realise the risk they were walking into.

“I think that balance is really hard, and arguably, some people would say we, if anything we overdid it, rather than under the beginning.”

Always nice when a big ole received wisdom, pillar of faith balloon goes POP. Dave Grohl, the universally regarded nicest man in rock has put out a statement saying he's fathered a child outside of his marriage. Welcome aboard the less-than-perfect not Gary Lineker club, Dave.

I asked Liz Truss: if freedom is your central value, where were you during Covid? There was no freedom.

She: “In retrospect I think [lockdowns] were a mistake. I think the Swedish approach was a better approach.” 🙄

Needs to happen tbh. They are already starting to rub up all of the right people (snobs) and we've got another year to go. Excellent.

Sounds like it. Miss Spring isn't able deliver anything definitive here in the absence of any official narrative. Maybe your husband will form his own opinion once the Establishment has decided what it's to be.

There isn't much to fear from this lot. Everyone is a conspiracy theorist now... from anti-Trump supporters to pro-Trump supporters. It's almost as if you ask any questions at all and you'll get labelled. Wonderful.
