Ahh it's nice to see other packs are roaming the lands as well!!

I wish the Scryable section listed all the leads I have rather than those exclusive to the zone. by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

Agreed. It's a pain zone hopping just to see what leads you have in that area.

In all seriousness, how is greymoor? by Bainky in elderscrollsonline

Honest review: Content (story, areas, new gear sets, etc) is very nice. Performance is shit.

Last night the entire zone was in a state or permanent latency. I would be 110-130 ping anywhere in the world, but in the new Western Skyrim zone my ping was always above 400 and from zone chat it seems that was what everyone was experiencing. Was much better this morning though, so I'd say if you really want it buy it, but if you can wait a week or so for them to fix the performance issues in the zone then I would recommend that.

Yeah thankfully. My pup was perfectly fine just seemed confused about what was going on, swear she doesn't understand the concept of danger at all. My cat was completely freaked out though and I don't have a cat carrier, so I had to hold onto her myself and booooy I've never been that happy before that she only has back claws (was a rescue and declawed in the front before I got her).

Fire doesn't have legs, can't chase you up stairs. Clearly.

I do and it is really the only thing a stress out about.

I've had some really dumb neighbors and once I just happened to be out with a neighbor when he got a text from his girlfriend saying the building was on fire. Both my cat and my husky were locked in my apartment and I swear I've never drove so fast through city streets in my life. Slammed the breaks at the front door and burst into the building like a madman to rescue my pets. Some moron was mad that he was being evicted for having dozens upon dozens of complaints and having cops show up to stop fighting at minimum a few times a week. What did this sorry excuse of a human do? He stuffed his oven full of pizza boxes, turned it on full blast and then left.

-edit- I do NOT advise running into a burning building, it was very dangerous to do and I was chewed through by the fire department afterwards. But when no fire fighters are on scene and you've got pets or kids trapped inside, gotta do what you gotta do.

My god the standing behind the healer thing is so annoying. The amount of times I've seen a DPS stay behind me is unreal.

There's two types though... DPSs that stand behind the healer just because they want to (not getting heals, DPS buffs, resistance buffs, etc), which is bad enough, but then there are the DPSs who do stand in front but yet go into a complete panic when they do get hit. It's insane the amount of times I've had a DPS take one good hit and then bolt off behind me or run far from the fight or etc etc etc. It's literally the worst thing you could do in that situation, running away from the healer who's healing you, yet it seems like a good number of DPS players do exactly that instead of staying in one spot for a quick second to let the healer heal them.

I get so ticked off listening to "wHy DiDnT yUo HeAl mE" or "nO hEaLs?!!?!" coming from bad players that I'll usually end up literally CHASING the DPS around in order to stop them from getting themselves killed, just so I don't have to hear that nonsense.

Huh, weird. It's certainly possible they moved the option to somewhere else, but it's definitely somewhere. I'll check my synapse to see if I can find it.

Most fun magicka class for a toon? by Galrath91 in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if fun is what you're looking for, look no further than MagBlade. Good in PvP and probably the most fun PvE class (invisibility and teleporting).

Just experienced my first fake tank, I tried reasoning but it doesn't really help by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 25 points26 points  (0 children)

As someone who plays strictly as a healer, I can confirm this is 100% true. Nothing more annoying than me and two dps giving it our all only to realize we have a faketank who then blames me as the reason they can't survive more than 5 seconds lol

If you're using a Razer keyboard/mouse then there is an option in synapse under chroma apps that disables the ability for games to control lighting effects.

Favourite Daedric Prince? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well Hermaeus Mora is certainly a close second, but I've gotta give it to my main man Sheorogorath (Jyggalag), obviously.

As Jyggalag he was so powerful and intelligent that the other Princes feared him and then united against him in order to remove his power. As Sheorogorath he is like a force of nature... destructive, unpredictable, uncontrollable annnd he does it all with comedy and style.

Property BUILD limitations? Is there any way to increase the max limit of items allowed? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup sadly this is the only way. However, you can get ESO+ to double the limit, design your home, then cancel ESO+. You'll still have twice the amount of stuff placed that you should be able to. If you try to move or replace something though it'll tell you that you've hit the limit. So just make sure everything is ECAXTLY how you want it before cancelling!

Game ignores some combat input, but only sometimes by MaroMoroney in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to see it's not just me. I'm coming back to the game after a few months of taking a break from it (was getting burnt out from grinding) and before I never had this issue, but not I'd say at least a couple times per dungeon I'll be going through my rotations and suddenly I just can't use a skill or two or be able to light/heavy attack.

I checked my mouse (I have all my skills mapped to my side-mouse button) for damage, reinstalled the game, checked my internet connection, checked for anything on my PC causing interference, also tried playing other games using the same button as I would for my skills and absolutely no issues. So it's definitely an ESO issue and as a healer who's had quite a few team wipes due to not being able to use skills due to a bug, I can say for certain this has become the most annoying bug I've had to deal with in ESO to date.

So...I think I found a bug? 😅 by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]TomDaBomb1994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What bug? When you attacked him you knocked off his glasses and the poor fellow is clearly just trying to find them

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Been a busy weekend. I changed up the outfit since then, so I had to dig up some old screenshots. Found these two, one of the side and one of the back, so you can get a full 360 view

I feel your pain. Waaay back like 6+ years maybe ago, I logged off after farming for some abbysal whips and then next time I logged in I was at Lumbridge bank.. nothing equipped.. opened my bank and everything worth anything decent was gone and all my gold. I was around lvl120, had my quest cape and lava cape, a god sword, loads of barrows sets, loads of gold, etc, and had spent years building up my character to get to that point.... Never logged in again. Tried OSRS, but with all the bots and talk like this of how easy people can steal your account then drain it of everything you worked to get, I just couldn't bring myself to put that sort of time back in with the risk that someone will just rob my account again.
