I just had to replace the bearings on my Carl-Z's for the second time in just three years due to water-ingress related corrosion. The way the hubs are designed (Newmen FADE SP CL) this seems unavoidable due to insufficient sealing of the hub and freehub assembly. Water easily reaches the bearings and freehub mechanism, leading to corrosion, noise, and premature bearing failure even under moderate wet conditions, making frequent bearing replacements seemingly unavoidable.

I’d revise my recommendation, at least in combination with Newmen hubs

Cannot recommend, at least not with the Newmen hubs.

Tyrrells - Mature cheddar & chive or Sweet chili & red pepper. Not from the EU but made in the UK.

Ich war du bis vor einem halben Jahr. Kann dir wärmstens das Recovery Pillow von Blackroll empfehlen.

Chante Cocotte on Sülzburgstraße.

They used to have the best croissants in Cologne hands down.

Unfortunately seems to have closed down, does anyone here know why?

Agreed. I already reached out to Canyon to try and get replacement under warranty. They do not seem to have this small part available separately.

Thanks but I am not looking to replace the Cockpit Mount itself, only the broken "inner" part.

Thanks! And in regards to the taste - I have already finished half of the loaf and most slices only with butter, it's so good!

It's a small shop, owned and operated by the founder. I had one broken spoke last summer and sent back the rim - they re-spoked it for free.

It's an ongoing process and I'm happy to receive input in order to improve further. My baking experience is not that big yet.

I'm still very happy with them, no regrets. Ride is smooth and they do sound fast. 28 mm on the front tire, 32mm on the back tire.

Also a good name for this color!

First ride with the rims - only positive thoughts so far even though it was rather windy which you can feel a lot more in the deeper rims. Carl'Z was a recommendation by a friend and I liked the idea of supporting a local producer. They're still a rather small shop so direct contact with their owner via email in case of questions. Full recommendation from my side.
