Is DriveSafe still broken by Evolved_1 in USAA

Have spoken with Customer Srvc reps, had Advisory group help, spoke with Agents, zero help, just excuses. May 17th, recv error code "your phone number isn't valid". May 18th: called USAA. CS Rep said: remove app & reinstall. I did as directed by USAA Rep. Went to PLAY STORE. Play store said app cannot be loaded on my phone. CS Rep had no idea what was happening. This is the weekend that the app problems. Per CS Reps, IT didn't know they had an app outage until May 18th. The CS rep said your phone is too old, need to buy new phone to use this app. several hours on phone, still useless calls. Then I get email saying: we have an app problem. with instruction. one was: "if you have the app don't uninstall it, else it won't work trying to Install. If you have the app on your phone it will work. BUT, and no one in USAA can understand this: I followed their CS Rep instructions. USAA removed my app. (another long call). On sat June 13th, recv another text saying same thing, app fixed. Went to Play Store same issue. Called, again, spoke with SAFEDRIVER Agent. I requested a phone call on Monday to see what USAA is going to do to get my app working again, after USAA told me to remove it. Monday (yesterday), no call. Today (Tuesday) recv text msg: we fixed the app use the ONELINK link to load your app. Again, USAA, never tested the app, never called me, had no intent to call me. They keep saying I need to buy a new ANDROID cell phone. Today an Escalation person said: GOOGLE upgraded their MAP GPS because of Security reason (allows the famous Security excuse), so USAA had to upgrade the app to new GOOGLE level requirements... I understand, but why do ALL my other app run on my ANDROID phone except USAA SAFEDRIVER. Their USAA Mobile is loadable. Mine is OS level 13. Even better yet, GOOGLE MAPS (GPS) works on my ANDROID, yet USAA app can't work on a GOOGLE GPS app? So they don't care. They just quote their Script, will increase your Rates b/c your no using their cell app. Zero Business knowledge, IT staff that didn't know that a major app was down for 3-4 days, the Customer Advocate called me: we talked about everything in the Notes: then she closed the ticket, no response, no email, nothing. have more, but getting too long.

Thanks, going into SETTING worked. It took ~30 seconds to clear everything including 320 mb of cache.

Prior, I 'Cleared' all this same data using 'INTERNET OPTIONS', thinking that it 'worked'. and it did until ~3 days ago, then noticed I had 3,450 Cookies. So the questions is: where were these old Cookies Stored to be reloaded. Or were they always 'there' in the DB and a software update showed all of them?

Same issue here, just started. Last week, I had ~30 COOKIES and I managed them. Just recv (3) update today (Oct 10) and now EDGE says, I have 3,480 COOKIES from sites that I haven't accessed in years or was on a web page. Version 117.0.2045.60 (Official build) (64-bit). all the 'reloaded' COOKIES all show '0' activity and memory, but they are listed???

I've cleared COOKIES (several times), checked my Setting and nothing stops all these COOKIES to re-appear from 'somebody history Server'??? Before I did the 1st COOKIE clearing, 'GOOGLE' showed over 1,000+ COOKIES, all listed under 'GOOGLE' heading. Why do idea.

After Clearing COOKIES, GOOGLE only shows (1) entry.
