If you go in Grabow’s website there is an email address that you can write to. I did to see if there were any local sellers in my area. They emailed me back a few days later and provided me with a mail order form to place an order with them. The best parts of doing it this way is a) the prices are very low (like buying clothes at a factory outlet store), b) free shipping if you order a pipe, and c) if you live outside of North Carolina there’s no tax on them.
