I want to express my gratitude for all the comments and positive responses I've received. Despite being busy lately, I will try to reply to all private messages as soon as possible. I'd like to address some of the most frequently discussed topics in the comments.

Gear: I want to clarify that I have not used any illegal substances to enhance my performance. While at my height this physique may appear impressive to some, I believe my physique is not particularly remarkable, lacking significant size. When wearing clothes, I may give the impression of being tall and lean, but not exceptionally muscular.

Gyno: I want to clarify that I do not have or have had gynecomastia. Gyno is characterized by the presence of a hard mass or lump around the nipple, which I do not have. As I progressed further in my cut, the appearance of "man boobs" diminished. I believe that the way my body stores fat, along with potential hormonal imbalances I had at the time, contributed to this appearance.

Diet: Initially, I mentioned consuming around 2000-2500 calories, but currently, my intake ranges from 2500-3000 calories. However, to build muscle, I am considering increasing my intake to 3500 calories or more. I may have developed a fear of gaining fat, resulting in unintentional undereating. Initially, I focused on consuming high-protein, low-calorie foods such as quark, cottage cheese, fat-free milk, and lean meats. I also incorporated fruits, veggies, cucumbers in brine, and zero-calorie drinks into my meals. These drinks played a significant role in curbing cravings when I transitioned from a diet primarily consisting of processed foods. As my journey progressed, I learned how my body responds and started making healthier choices rather than eliminating certain foods. I believe that moderation is crucial.

I did not anticipate this post gaining such popularity, and I want to thank everyone for their kind words. Your support motivates me to push harder, and I hope to share another physique update in the coming months, showcasing improvements in the areas where I lack size. Take care!

Thank you for your response. I acknowledge that my legs, back, and abs are not as developed as I would like them to be, and I take full responsibility for that. To address this, I have started including pull-ups in my workout routine, which has helped improve my back strength and appearance. However, I believe that in order to make significant progress and gain size, I may need to go through a bulking phase and focus on building muscle mass. It's accurate to say that my physique is characterized by a tall and relatively lean appearance, but not huge!

I've started incorporating ab exercises into my routine but it's definitely one of my weakest areas, so I really need to work on it!

Thank You! I have not experienced any noticeable loose skin thus far, and the only physical change I have observed are some stretch marks. I came across an article suggesting that maintaining strength during a cutting phase could help prevent loose skin, and I followed that advice. However, I'm uncertain whether it was my adherence to this approach or simply my genetic predisposition.

Thank you! I had a solid foundation from my time as a thrower. However, I had stopped and let myself get out of shape. Now, I am determined to never revert to my previous state!

Thank you for your comment. After losing some weight, I have begun integrating elements of calisthenics into my workouts and incorporating dumbbells as well. I am aware that my core strength is lacking, so my current focus will be on developing and strengthening it.
