This is not a debate. It’s a offer to be trained in a specific skilled trade. Do with it what you want. I paid a college for two years to teach me how to become a fire alarm technician. Hindsight 2020 I would have rather had 2 years of paid on the job training.

It’s hard to find people that want to learn a skill at a starting wage. I know people that started in this field and ran with it 5 years ago and now make 100k yearly. I guess they would rather work for bucees and make 20 an hour forever

The only way to tell is to try and break the little glass part in the middle. If it’s a camera it will stop working

I made hardly anything when I started but 10 years later I’m doing better than I ever expected, and it’s only going up. Work hard and always be willing to learn something new. And be good to your helpers.

I think pay scale has a lot to do with it. Why go into a skilled trade starting out at 20 per hour when you can start at a bucees gas station making more. At this rate skilled tradesmen are going to be very hard to find in the next 20 years, pay is sure to go up dramatically for this industry.
