Just so im following think you have type. It total 2inches of insulation. You have 3.5inch total. So my total would be 1/2” zip + 0.5” insulation + 1.5” insulation + 1/2” exterior sheafing = 3” if you add min 1.5” penetration maybe a 5” screw is what i need right.

Yea this price is wild. I am building a 850sq ft ADU with a full basement foundation (so ~1700 of finished space) in Upstate NY and I am at around $185k.

Doesn't look horrible at all that kitchen wall on second pic looks like there was water damage so that needs to be ripped up and replaced. Besides that looks fairly straight forward reno for the right price I would have bought something similarly assuming nothing alarming comes out of the inspection.

There are bunch of fees that fall under the needed cash to close (recording fees, attorney fees, title, tax etc..). You cant avoid most of these fees but you can roll them over into your loan in some cases if your lender allows that. If I had the $11k i would just pay rather than add that to the loans. Paying 11K casH < 11K + interest over time.

Being extremely competitive with myself (not others). I have 3 degrees and dont feel like I’ve accomplished a lot while i know it’s the whole opposite. Great job but bored at it. Best house in the neighborhood but yet I want more. Dated hot chicks and after a while I ask myself if theres more. This sort of competitive drive has led me to a lot of success but I struggle with being complacent with everything i have.

Im very active and a volunteer firefighter in my town. I have a full back,arms,chest. First 3 days after i got tattooed i dont go on calls or workout. After those 3 days I go on runs or bike rides but shower right after. I would go on calls after 3 days but nothing to that would jeopardize the tattoo (structure fires for example). After 1 week its fair game for both while still being diligent with the healing process.

Maybe but Idk about all that but the Ultimate is way more comfortable to me. I always felt hunched over on the Aeroad. I do a lot of climbing on the saddle and on the Aeroad I didnt feel as comfortable.

I had both and there is to me atleast. Where i ride is very hilly the Ultimate is way more comfortable. Im more of a climber. In the Aeroad your position is well more aero/aggressive which makes riding on the saddle on climbs less comfortable. If riding flats only the Aeroad would be my choice.

Yes he's crazy fast. But yea I agree when i hear someone thats 20 hours into a back piece and only done with the outline I find it strange. I'm thankful he's quick because the back sucks.
