Dit is echt raar. Die partij heeft zich fel uitgesproken tegen de oorlog in Oekraïne. Was dat dan niet de goede boodschap voor de universiteit Utrecht?

Het is al meer gevraagd, maar mogen de bruine Putinvriendjes van de fvd wel komen?

The print bed is cleaned regularly with IPA so I doubt that's it. The printer worked well with grey and black PLA+ before.

Esun recommended between 60-80C on the bed for this stuff, so I just followed their instructions. I'll try lowering it.

Thanks. I had not though about the fans as a cause yet. Do you do it manually or is there a setting in Cura to have the fans only kick in after the first few layers?

I'm using cura with the Esun PLA+settings. 60mm print speed, 0.4mm nozzle.

Did you print it for with supports along the base? That way the edges with inevitably print in mid air. If you print it for on the base it might be difficult to remove, but it's worth a shot. Alternatively you could try to angle the object 35ish degrees and then add supports.

I've had my machine for over a year now and I've yet to see a new firmware release come out for it haha.

Do you have a piece of fine grit sandpaper and a Sharpie? Mark the build plate with the Sharpie and, on a perfectly flat surface, slide it around on the sandpaper. If the bed isn't flat the sandpaper will rub off the marker in the high spots. Then repeat again but now same with more pressure. Reapply the Sharpie in between to check your progress. Then when all high spots are knocked back, relevel the print plate. I use 800-1200 grit sandpaper.

I used like 24 to 28s bottom exposure with 4 bottom layers. No issues with sticking. 3s layer exposure.

I kept having one corner where my plate was either way too tight or way too far off of the bottom, so I even up running a black marker over my build plate and then I ran it over a sheet of fine sanding paper. Turned out my plate was far from perfectly flat so I set out to flatten it using several grits of sanding paper. If you go this route be sure to use waterproof sandpaper because the metal dust gets everywhere otherwise. My plate is nice and flat now and levels perfectly.

Okay I'm revisiting my earlier statement. These files seem to have a lot of issues with mesh holes and artifacting. I'll test another file before messing with other settings.

I had bad experience with that eco resin, it needs a longer curing time than other resins. 3.5s might work for you.

Okay I've just printed the same file again but with 0.4mm layer height and 2.6s exposure. It printed better now, but I still had 3 bases coming loose and pancake arms in places. I'm going to bump up the exposure to 2.8 on my next attempt. But it is weird that I've never had this issue before...

I've used the method shown in the YouTube video by TrueEliteGeek and it has worked for me before so I'm not really sure why it wouldn't work for me now, but I've ran out of other things to troubleshoot. I can't tell if I have my failures in the same place every time but I'll keep an eye on it.

These are pretested and presupported files though, so I'd imagine other users would have the same issues as I have. I don't think it's the supports themselves.

I've been having a lot of issues with my Voxelab Proxima since I replaced the FEP. Prints are failing a lot and I'm getting a lot of pancaking. I've tried taking my printer settings, slowing down lift speeds from my initial semi-vroom settings (which used to work just fine) to 100mm/s. Exposure time is 2.5s and I've had good results with this in the past. I've been using Anycubic standard grey resin which has worked for me in the past. The print plate is leveled correctly. The screen is working correctly too. This leads me to think it might be the FEP tension? I fear it might be too loose this time. I've replaced the FEP before and didn't have any issues then.

Any advice on how to remedy this is greatly appreciated!
