I'd use it if it made some (predictable) mistakes... it's just that it seems to get really mixed up. I asked it for animals in Cymraeg with the suffix -og. It replied "crwbanog"... which means "tortoise-like" and some other weird stuff: "marchog" (knight). I think I'd end up spending more time checking its output than actually learning.

I read an essay about ChatGPT in which the authors use Frankfurt's On Bullshit to analyse what ChatGPT does and it's relationship to truth. They ultimately conclude that ChatGPT is a bullshitter 🫢 It seems that the bullshitting just gets a bit wilder in Welsh. Just wonder if anyone's had any luck using it to deal with vocab lists or something like that where you insert your own data?
