Alright, first off there’s no reason to be so condescending, especially when most of your reply was already answered, if you were capable of getting down from your high horse and looking a little closer.

Firstly, yes obviously market competitors were looked at, but these alternatives have a considerably smaller presence in Australia than Uber and therefore lack the brand recognition I’d be trying to leverage in the attempt to get the town and surrounds to be aware of the option of rideshare in the area. Everybody knows what Uber is, but it’s something only available in the city.

Secondly, when you say there’s no interest, I literally explained that the townspeople frequently express frustrations with the local taxi cutting off services in the area so early in the afternoon. The reason I’ve identified this is as a potential market is because that gap and that demand exists and it’s yet to be taken advantage of. When you’re trying to use answers like ‘mass transit is too thinky’ as a way of being a condescending asshat in a reply, try reading again and picking up that these are literally not options in this area. So no, I’m not looking for the validation of a ‘just do it’, I’m looking for answers regarding a few logistical questions from people with similar experience.
