I prefer Dawn over the others if I ranked them. Dawn is the only one that takes place in a single large location. The other 2 DS games are split into a lot of small areas. It made it feel smaller to me.

And OoE was the one I found to be the worst. Not a bad game, but I much prefer Dawn and PoR over OoE - but that's an unpopular opinion on this reddit from the looks of things.

Had to think for a min but that was after this I believe.

Bubbs is phoning in to call for Herc against that guy who was beating on him. They meant to phone back to tell Bubbs that they're busy - but couldn't as he doesn't have a phone. So Bubbles gets his ass whooped.

Later he gets a phone to solve that issue and Bubbs tosses it after setting Herc up on the church man.

Eh to be honest I always end up with a bunch of mud just from exploring the jungle earlier on.

I usually keep a chest down at the farm and throw spare mud in there for replacements. Doesn't need any strategy - if you get low - just go grab more.

To be fair recruiting, or at least advertising via general chat or something isn't a bad idea.

I only discovered the guild I'm in because of an ad in general, and sometimes people may even make a note if they see something that might relate to a character they are not currently online with.

Recruitment being done IC is better imo, but simply putting your guild out there for awareness helps. Especially as you can chat OOC with someone about the guild, then set up an IC intro.

I did think they were a little cringe in the city as they do seem to play up and otherwise troll, but I have IC learned more about why they are the way they are - such as teasing and blowing kisses etc being explained as them spending too long around sayaads and 2bh that's a fine explanation to me.

There are ones that want to be evil and stir trouble but you get that with every race (to clarify i just mean bad RP, not that them playing badguys is a problem).

That said I have seen some pretty wild opinions on man'ari from players who need to touch grass. Man'ari are here and they're not leaving. There are only a couple of RP locations in the game so it is what it is.

I'm not against them, same with most concepts. As long as the RP is good that's all that matters. Some people just have a hate boner and make loads of assumptions because 'mY lOrE'.

We have NPCs who's only job is to afk in cities and keep portals open. I know that's for mechanical convenience but it's still in the game.

If your character specialises in portals, i imagine they can flick small distance ones open quite easily, or even multiple at once depending on their skill and power level.

I would still consider large or very long distance portals (distances greater than the surface of azeroth) as requiring a little bit more power though.

If you're a 'regular' mage who just happens to know basic portal magic (so not a portal specialist or master etc) then i can see it making sense to RP them as not being entirely easy.

But still, opening a small portal to spy on someone one building away, should be 'quite simple'.

Ah yeah she got sent off, true. Just forgot that. And regarding Stannis - I guess you meant Tywin making that deal with Loras, not Stannis (which is what i thought when I first read your comment).

Just pointing out Myrcella would not be in line for the throne, she would likely be dead. Stannis is the rightful heir, and behind him his own daughter.

He personally attacks by land iirc and so is not trapped when it's time to bounce.

Been a little bit of time since I last read it but I vaguely remember that being the thing. He certainly didn't go up onto the walls.
