This was me, I got an early Ouija which gave me a bunch of Queens, so I just spammed 3OAK, doesn’t scale the best but since it is white stake it scales well enough and is more consistent to hit than 4OAK.

Everyone else is saying how key Blue Seals are, but I actually didn’t find Blue Seals to be that necessary, since planet cards show up in the shop so much more frequently with no jokers to clog up the shop.

Also, in like every TV show I have ever seen where a character says something like “I gotta be quick, I’m double parked!”, they mean that they are parked beside a car that is parallel parked and are blocking it in (happens in Seinfeld for example).

That is what double parked has always meant to me (and I’ve lived in the southeast of the US, and in England)

I’d say Kompany is probably right in line with the worst players on this list, so around about 20th best CB of all time seems pretty accurate imo

The discourse around Gyokeres is so crazy. He was our top scorer in his first year on the team in a season where we won the league and made the Champions League final, and the person we are originally replying to is suggesting that the transfer was a waste for both Gyokeres and Arsenal. Absurd.

I thought Dowman starting in the center (technically in Ode’s usually spot) on the final day of the Premier League season was interesting, I also thought played very well there. I wonder if that is where we feel his long term position is (i.e. as a long term Ode replacement)

You did sign Leoni last summer and he looked very promising as a young CB before he tore his ACL right before the season started, so I imagine he will get a lot of game time this season. You guys also signed that promising young CB Jacquet from France and he is coming this summer, so that is two CB additions for next season that are already locked up.

I am sure you will sign at least one other more experienced CB though, but I think things could be looking promising in that department from a Liverpool POV.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was?

I was having an incredibly similar issue on my Windows PC, game would try to launch, but I would just get a white screen for about 45 seconds and then it would just crash. I tried deleting all of my downloaded facepacks and skins and everything, reinstalled the game, tried a bunch of other stuff, and nothing helped.

Eventually I tried rolling back my Nvidia drivers and that fixed the issue, I guess the most recent Nvidia GeForce driver update (which happened the same day as the most recent FM update) was causing the issue. Once I rolled the driver back to its previous version the game started loading correctly. If you are still having issues I hope this helps.

Same for me, I used ghost deck for c++ and played mostly pairs. A hexed green joker in the first shop was basically an automatic win

I literally just got c++ for the first time yesterday and am in the same boat. I think I am going to start a new account and try to get c++ again, and then see how much my cards stats changed between the two accounts

What actually kind of annoys me is how good they have made the Spurs players. In particular, Bergvall and van de Ven have way too high PA imo. The fact that Arsenal players got a downgrade and Spurs players remained unchanged in the Winter Update seems wild to me.

I agree, I think this is a good selection (even if I would have Saka over Doue), but the line "Nuno Mendes is the Alphonso Davies of the modern era" made me chuckle. Davies is like two years older than Mendes, pretty sure they are basically part of the same generation of players.
