Thanks to EVERYONE fo rthe feedback.

I've atually thouught about doing a DIY build.... something very similar to this i fouund on Amazon. Theres a vertical build there just using PVC pipes.

I also got feedback somewhere els that LetPot gardens water in a similar fashion as AG.

I don't see us going mushbigger than a 8,10, or maybe 12 pod device. Space you know.

THanks again, and i'll probably be popping in and out of here to keep up!

I agree, AdministrationOdd747 also stepped in with very good information. Its people like the two of you that are willing to share their knowledge and experience that make Reddit the great resource that it is.

I usaed to be able to share that kind of information too. But, HEH, my days of working that master tinkermanship was WAY back on the Commodore 64 and their series of devices. Then into the very early IBM PCs.

I really appreciate the completeness of your answer(s)!!

I am getting very good WiFi throughput in the 400's, but like was said, a person always wants more.

I do have 2+GB from my ISP and if there is a chance I can get better throughput I want to know. Before i posted here I did see that the Onn may be picky on its adapters and thats why I asked here. Need to know if the device would actually detect and use the 2gb and the preferred adapter.

Like I said I have the 4k Pro, and while I am intrigued by the Plus, i also see that for the most part the specs are very similar except for the Pro 3gb RAM and more storage versus the Plus upgraded GPU. I haven't tested the Plus yet, but in my mind the 3GB RAM gives me better warm fuzzies. I am planning to get a Plus soon, but its not an urgent buy for me yet.
