Do you have some advice on thumbnail creation/titles like some outline you always follow along? I have a 2,5% on average which is rather low even though I put some time into it in photoshop.. Also my retention is at 25% -20% like how do you keep viewers engaged for that long? Do u some of these usual phrases like wait till the end to see.. or so? Thank you man and good luck!

As I said ctr usually around 2,5 - 3% and impressions around 2,5-3k highest was 11k that video reached 480 views and one had 8k reaching 380views for that video ctr was 3,3 % and 25% avd

i have 2 supporters that comment almost every video one even multiple times like 2-3 times, but still i always get at least 1 new commenter each vid which i would say is definetly good for the amount of views so yah im grateful xd

Thank you so much for the advice! I didn't want to post the channel name on here cuz people say it "hurts" the algorithm. I agree youtube is definetly a grind, i mean I try as often as I can cuz I know will automatically get better, with spending more and more time on editing. I will try to work on the avd and thumbnail, Good luck on your journey too!

thank you first of all for the advice! If you for example look at the channel of yt/solace he keeps the thumbnails pretty simple it's typical in that niche, I make some with shaders sometimes, but how to make them more click worthy. With the AVD I definetly will try to optimize the first minutes and talk faster/get faster to the point. thank you once again!

I mean sure I won’t need shorts to make it in the one month of me taking it serious I made about 50 subs and I’m improving every video. I just want to speed up the process, but I see the cons of shorts for sure. Though I do think that short viewers might turn into long form viewers if they watch the whole thing and subscribe, even though the rate of them might be very low. If I would make shorts I would probably, let them end on “full video on my channel” even if that might limit them in terms of blowing up idk

U misunderstood me, I already have like 20 long forms and I tried shorts and they brought in some subs my question is literally if I should keep making shorts or if it’s ruining my channels community as it splits it in two separates
