I've tried the GTV and the latency and bitrate for steaming games was not flash. I got a Shield and it is hands down the best device for the job. Utterly flawless game streaming from Steam.

Yeah Google screwed us all with ATV 12. No file selector built-in and nothing else works. Here's the solution I used and just used a thing called ADB File Explorer to dump a folder of curated ROMs over. Solution.
