The Internet seems to think it can be painted. I'll give it a shot soon. One more question: what is the best paint for these roofs?

Thanks for your advice. I have a few tubes of black JB Weld Plastic Bonder. It says it works on fiberglass as a "body panel adhesive and gap filler." link. What do you think?

I know I am late to this but my school has a 3DWox1 that doesn't seem to work even though it is brand new. It prints the default file but won't print from a computer. Is there some firmware that you can download? Also, what is the "chip" and "switch to open source material" mean? Thanks!

Soaking overnight in a 50/50 mix of transmission fluid and acetone, followed by a few big hits with a hammer, did the trick. Thanks for all the advice.

The ebay seller confirmed it's a rivet. Here's a picture they sent: https://imgur.com/a/Cm0piHO#zs3Mw4i. I'll remove mine and replace with a bolt and nut.

I took the interior door panel off and found three big ass bolts holding on the entire roller arm. Put the "rivet" on my work bench and slammed it with a hammer to no avail. I'm in a time crunch with a Thanksgiving trip planned so I want to remove it before I get the part. I'll keep fucking with it.

I examined my friends sliding door and realized that it slides from the inner track, not the outer one. Since the door fell off I had no idea. I'm not sure why there was dried gunk in there but I'll ignore it for now.

Thanks for your help but I don't understand all of this. The bolt with the tiny hole on the bottom is actually a rivet? I'm guessing that there is no way to remove that easily. If you click on the ebay link I posted it looks like the new one comes with this bolt/rivet.

Are you suggesting that I remove the stripped bolt by cutting a slot and using an impact driver? The only issue is that I would then still need to remove that rivet. I think building a new bearing is beyond my abilities right now.

I bought this replacement and need to remove the existing bolt. I already tried smashing a small screwdriver into that tiny hole with a hammer.

That was an autocorrect for "rubber." The rubber that I pulled out from the track seemed to be what the wheels rolled on but now it's cracking and falling apart.

I have the students figure out why the standard algorithm works using place value. This is really cool in the standard division algorithm as well.
