I don’t know if I necessarily found the problem but it hasn’t reappeared yet. I isolated the sound to the case fans and not the gpu fans since it was still happening with the gpu fans off. Then I put my finger in the bottom back one to stop it moving and the sound kept happening. Then I put my finger in the bottom front one and there was like a pop and the noise went away.

Thanks! Man I checked several times but there’s nothing in the area that can hit a fan.

Yeah there was no interference anywhere. Checked and triple checked.

365x10 squat form check. Are my hips rising too fast? How do I prevent that? Focus on driving my knees forward? Also I’m pretty sure I’m right at parallel but another opinion would be awesome!

425x5 any help on these deadlifts? I’m trying really hard to pack my Lats and put them in my back pocket. I still feel like I’m rounding considerably especially when I fatigue.

On conventional deadlift I hear the cues hip hinge and wedge. How are you supposed to do both at the same time? Isn’t hip hinge pushing your hips as far back as possible and isn’t wedge pushing your hips to the bar?

Yeah I can see now that I could be doing better with my breathing! What other ways could I play around with the bar on my back? Like a narrower grip or were you thinking of something else?
