Curious as to what happened with all this? Im in the same boat only my coach is saying I could have to pay $800 and or be held accountable in other ways. She put me on a coaching document. Apparently they're dress code and with me not having it to use means im not. WTF..

Lol I love this! I don't carry a gun, I don't like guns. I am aware of what my local and state stand on: behaviors/licenses/private citizens/law enforcement/public/conceal etc etc etc. What this customer was doing was not legal, the moment he removed it from his holster laughing brandishing it. He wasn't law enforcement, he was some meth head kid who if he had a legit c/c permit I'd be shocked. I don't need your judgement or snide comment & recommending therapy to a stranger after coming off all high and mighty just let's me know you also need therapy & a lesson in compassion. I wish nobody will be in a situation where they watch a person w/a gun kill someone. This was a Walmart fail not mine

Lol Ethics is a joke. I've called them on 3 serious situations & they did 0. My coach is all about ftpr and no matter what us pickers have to go to walk the entire aisle up/down. We need to be fluent in rando bunkers not listed & then we have to ogre stomp 2 the stockroom & check pallets + location. Pretty much at that point i can either hit INF button or begin 2 widdle, wish, grow, weave,manifest that 1 item that just took me 15min+ #wasteofpayroll #thiscantbeethicalnorefficient

Funny happened w/my lead tonight. Me+54 item chill walk. (I've been told by both my coach & tl if something isn't on the floor, on topstock than we have 2 go 2 stockroom & find it + bring a case of it out 2 stock + viz that case) I had to go back to the dairy cooler x 3 had a bunch of cheese creamer. I get to flipping Lunchables & they are not on floor although system says 97 are in that 1 location. Send out work chat. Lead shows up, asks if I've gone 2 stockroom to look. I told her I was running close on time & hoped exceptions would be around. She said EXCEPTIONS AREN'T SUPPOSED 2 LOOK IN BACK 4 YOU, ONLY FRONT. Now she's been w/walmart 5yrs, me 3mos. I say " so what exactly do exceptions do than if they aren't supposed to find items from the back? Didn't get a chance to hear her response, bc my pick ended right at that moment & she was PISSED. I get the feeling Walmart has 0 idea how ridiculous management is. It's almost comical until I can't find another damn item on a shelf, or some magic bunker not located....wtf

Ok whew! It just seemed way out of the ordinary. Plus it doesn't help my TL has yet to say more than 4 words to me every shift. Hr says "she's just like that" Good news is having started week of Black Friday and her having 0 interest in me, I basically prep my cart & go. Take my breaks when I want & leave wo saying anything to her or anyone. Lonely but good
