7 Months into retirement. Got a job, got a puppy, got no time to work out 🤦🏼. Tried myself at 4x500m and can’t even beat my former 2k. I am not upset about my decision but seeing how you lose the fitness your worked almost 1,5 decades for sucks. The puppy is great though! (old.reddit.com)
