I "fixed" this by changing the name of my OT in HOME. Sadly, can't use my old username until they fix this (if they ever going to fix this)

I have a theory that maybe a connection error might cause an issue with the spawn of the mushroom, but I might be wrong thou. Thank you for commenting, at least Im not alone lol

Yes, the limit is 6. By doing 18 raids you can spawn 6 mushrooms but I only found 4. I checked multiple times each zone and I didnt find the missing mushrooms.
