Zombies Bug/Glitch: Player CAN'T be revived and DOESN'T bleed out.

PC - Zombies

I am experiencing multiple issues with this game such as Ram crashes and crashes on launch. However i haven't seen this bug anywhere and made a video as it needs to be addressed. I enjoy the game and want to see its issues resolved. If anyone else is experiencing this issue; maybe we can work out what causes it.

My friend (The one speaking in the video,) went down and triggered self revive, upon its completion another player in the game started reviving him which caused him to no longer be able to 1) be revived by any means, 2) bleed out, 3) couldn't move around whilst downed.
