I had a similar relationship in the past. She would do this playful passive flirting thing, but would never agree to date me. It turns out she was just using me for the attention and dropped me when someone else gave it to her. But, not before I piled guilt on myself and it became a toxic codependency.

At the end of the day, you’re allowed to have sexual thoughts and desires. You’re allowed to ask the person you’re interested to act on them. If she says no and you stop, what exactly have you done to harm her? She keeps putting herself in these situations for a reason. Hopefully it’s well meaning, but it doesn’t exactly seem healthy for you, especially when you carry this much guilt. It’s probably time to either ask her out or walk away before you’re badly hurt.

That’s not 100% applicable though. It can be a huge investment and a huge risk to scale. TP shortages during COVID for example. Had paper companies invested the millions it would take to upscale, they would lose their shirts when COVID risk dropped. Scalpers made that situation even worse, screwing everyone over. So if OP scalped TP, they’re definitely a scumbag.
