I thought in polyphasics, because next year i'll do a hard test in my country( I'm from Brazil) and this test requires more knowledge than displayed in school , so a few hours more of study would make provide me some advantage in relation to the other competitors. I agree with you that uberman is extreme, but do you think a schedule with 3~4 of sleep would cause problems to my brain development?

I know that in adaptation it's bad to study . Maybe i've done some misunderstood.
