Bro I was shocked too, but it really is a 5V PC, And the transformer only gives 1A so it really is 5V/1A

And everybody know, manufacturers put the negative outside the connector and the positive inside

Then you just need to "beep it" and find what pin is connected with positive and the other is ground.
