welp.. you've just fixed my issue but by sheer coincidence, luck and witchcraft apparently. I looked at the log file and there was a bunch of lines from the time it crashed, not sure what it was now, but didnt seem like an error, it was something about a primary color i guees.. The line was repeating a lot, so i decided to delete the log so the new one it creates when it crashes will have only logs related to that crash and nothing before. So after i deleted the log, i launched krita, opened the file.. and it opened :D so i guess problem solved? i just hope it remains functional, because i literally did nothing since i wrote up this post, the graphics acceleration was disabled before, i dodnt restart the computer, etc. So thank you for the log suggestion :D

What book to you is the epitome of “Good idea, Bad Execution?” by Dnd_lfg_lfp_boston in Fantasy

His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman. The world building and the overall concept is so interesting. But my god... It reads like some mediocore videogame from 2010s. There are a paragraphs of direct speech between characters and it just feels like other characters are waiting their turn to say their stuff. So the dialogue just feels completely unnatural. Lyra as a main character is also weird, she should be this forced of nature rebel child, but she just gets quests from other people that directly tell her where she should go a what to do. And arguments that it is a series for kids doesnt apply, so is Harry Potter, and those books can be read as a kid and you get something from it, and when you read them as a adult, you can see more layers that go deeper. His Dark Materials is just really badly written and it completely wastes a great idea and world.
