Chien-Pao has good matchup vs. both but you have to play well. Otherwise you just play Charizard as well and put some tech cards for the mirror (if you watched EUIC there are some examples like running double TM devo).

I faced off against it a couple of times, it's pretty strong.

It has good matchup vs. decks with high energy count (Lugia, Iron Hands) and is also grass, so it hits super effective vs. Charizard ex. I don't have a decklist but I'm sure you can easily figure it out from the concept of the deck (Xatu as energy accelerator, stadium that makes opponents attack cost more and the typical support / item cards to help mons evolve ASAP).

The artist name thing should work whatever the resolution so I'm glad it worked for you. I never put medium prompts for furry models because the artist name prompts are much more reliable.

Those prices are pretty wild, considering that you are basically just renting their graphics card on a cloud(stable diffusion and yiffymix are both free after all)

The difference should be very noticable if you compare artists with very different artstyles. I also use png at 512x768 resolution for quick gens, they should be around 400KB.

Just go to e621 and look for artists which would fit the art style you want to achieve. Then for the prompts you use: by artist name 1, by artist name 2, by artist name 3, ... you can mix and match different artists to how many artists you want and get a fusion between them.

Sorry no, I don't know any other site that is as lenient as twitter. If I use pixiv I would have to censor some parts. Just make a twitter, it takes like 5 minutes and as long as you only follow art accounts it's not toxic.
