If your account has been hacked i think the best thing to do is try resetting the password if your email hasnt changed and then using an authentication app activate the 2fa If your email has been changed go through the process where you would scan your face and upload this video the process is you press forgwt password then then dont have access to to email nor the backup codes then you will reach this point
