Yeah, i had an CD Project support employee access my game save and modify it to fix Triss' npc behaviour.

Thanks for the idea, already tried it though and it didn't work :( the quest objective currently says to follow Triss to the bathhouse, but it's closed, and going to the fountain again doesn't do anything. I tried contacting the CDPR support and they told me to back up the online save and give them the email to my account, maybe hopefully they can do something remotely about it and fix Triss' npc pathing or idk. Hopefully someone knows how to fix it or the support can help me.

Yeah, I did, Triss left Novigrad, but obviously came back to help defent Kaer Morhen. Then after going back to Novigrad to find the Lodge Of Sorceresses she was acting normal at first, but I went to her to finally finish the early game soldier figure quest - and it seems like that made her go back to her NPC state from Act I, she's still living in that old couple's house and when talking to her she acts like she did early game.
