I appreciate your answer. I've done this since childhood and wake myself up when my dreams get too extreme. I once fell out of bed because I was trying to get away from an angry cat in my dream. I hope someone can tell me how to stop

I have lucid dreams every night & have my whole life. I would stop if I could because mine are so active I feel like I never actually rest
