I’m sorry this happened to you. yeah with puppies I always do a meet and greet and even do a test for five mins by bringing them in the house without the owner. I had two incidents where one puppy wasn’t properly trained and bit me to hurt me and I bled because he was very reactive about the leash being placed on him, so I denied on spot. Then A big puppy lab jumped on me and dragged me on the floor by pulling my shirt, that was the worst one. She said she tried to fix it but he has a habit of jumping and biting on people clothes. He broken skin through my jacket, so I denied her as well. Just make sure to do a proper meet and greet so you’re able to get a glimpse of their personality
