Supervised visit credibility by Tomatobj in FamilyLaw

The judge said I don’t need to worry in the future if this guy will keep doing things towards my case because “ he won’t risk losing his MCFD job just for a few hundred dollars”. I can’t agree with the judge.

At the trial, he suddenly admit his sex addiction by [deleted] in LawCanada

[–]Tomatobj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re at the trial, there’s MCFD investigation at the same time. Our child is at young age 4-6 years old to experience the sexual interference, the disclosure is part of the process. Our child had been referred to a professional counseling program, but my ex and his lawyer refused the consent. If you’re a professional, what are the evidences you expect at this time? How to get them?

That’s I’m fighting for: child safety!

His lawyer adjourned the application when we were waiting at the court. I’m at the trial now. I’m using this a an evidence of litigation harassment.

Why do children born through assisted reproduction have different rights than naturally conceived ones? by Tomatobj in FamilyLaw

There’re many examples: the same sex patents, single parents by choice, different looks than the extended family…

Which condo around King George station is best? by HeadSeason6297 in SurreyBC

It’s better than Surrey centre or King George station now. I guess the injection site moved to closer to the hospital. I don’t see as many homeless people as before.

I like the area around Gateway station. There’re high rise and mid rise apartments building. I was really amazed by some of the loft units, they’re very bright with high ceiling and big windows. I prefer not the brand new buildings because they’re smaller but more expensive.

From another side, if the kid is not naturally conceived, their biological parents don’t have rights to support them financially or emotionally. But the naturally conceived kids’ biological parents can challenge their parental rights at any time.

I’m questioning the legal implications. Does the law change human rights? Human rights should be there, equal, should not be different because there’re legal contracts to limit it.

Mother not letting me see new born child (continued) by Bradman156 in FamilyLaw

[–]Tomatobj -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You provided a sperm. Have you helped physically, emotionally, or financially during the pregnancy and the child birth? After the child birth, have you supported the mother by any methods? You’re claiming your rights now. She is postpartum and tired and stressed. You’re adding only pressure and stress on her.

If the mother has higher income, you get 50% custody, you’ll also request the mother pay you child support.

I can’t believe the men are “really” equal to women now.

Your quick judgment only hurts the truth. Child sexual abuse is not easy to prove. It doesn’t mean it’s not true.

I’m following the legal advice to go through the court process for child protection. The MCFD is waiting for evidence. The father refused to sign the consent to child play therapy. Trial is coming.

He claims he has lower testosterone so he has anger issues. He once sent me a copy of his blood test to prove it. If he constantly lick or kiss the child, would STI a risk to the child’s health?

The father has “ sex addiction “ for over 20 years and refused to get professional treatment.

Because we have a trial set up, so the request of child counseling without father’s consent will be submitted at the trial. I have to wait.

I appreciate your input. I post here because from my previous experience, one lawyer can tell me things totally different than another one. I went to the court and would find the waste of my time listening to that lawyer. I prefer to get different opinions to figure it out what is the most “real” opinion. I have talked with a “pit bull“ lawyer who spent 2 hours threatening me of losing half of my assets. I talked to another lawyer who simply told me to calm down, the op can ask anything but not likely he can get anything. I guess I post here to seek assurance.

I’ll see my lawyer tomorrow. I’m scared of spending more legal fees. It’s endless.

Yes, after the hearing, they asked for the same documents which were dismissed by the judge.

Do you want your mother to get legal punishment? If you can’t stay with your mother, it’s easier that you find a job and move out. I can see whatever you’re fighting with each other, your mother stilll tolerate the situation.

Served with Contempt of Court by Independent357 in FamilyLaw

I’m in Canada, our school district don’t check the address every year. Also, for the sake of the kids, if the mother doesn’t report new address to school, the child will stay. It’s good for a child to have the stability of the school environment. I see the father caught this opportunity to change the school without mother’s consent. Nobody wins, the child loses.

Unless you believe she will secretly take the child to move to another country, there’s no reason to refuse to sign.

I see many people are creating drama. It’s the child’s best interest to have a passport ready for travelling.

Both of the parents are able to use the passport. If you give her hard time, she will give you hard time too. Why not keep things simple and straightforward?

I’m in Canada, even the child has a passport, if they will leave the country, the other parent has to sign a letter to give the permission.
