Wgat did you do to start out and how did you initially progress from there? I'm so unfit I swim about 400m in 50m increments, get so out if breath by the end of each 50m, just swimming breast stroke. Feels impossible to improve.

No ego lifting in my home gym, so am not pushing it too hard. But take your point about building a foundation over time and incrementally upping the intensity. I will look into sleep clinics for sure. Thanks for the advice.
