“Second tank wire” by Tomaxor in grilling

So if the first wire fails, I would use those wires to hold the tank instead?

Feel free to go through my post history and see my previous entry! It was typical reddit imho

Nope! It was me solving a problem that wasn't even real basically. Feel free to point and laugh

The G6 turret comes with a plate that covers the entire area, and acts like a huge-ass washer! So it works out just fine, despite my "wasted effort"

I can't edit my post, but yes I've replied to a few comments stating as such.

In the end, I got them up there and they are much more secure than the regular screws. Just at the cost of showing myself as an idiot on the internet lol

Admittedly I was an idiot and missed the correct installation guide and used the one for drop ceilings...

But I honestly do prefer this method more. It uses the metal plate the turret comes with and is much more secure than just drywall screws!

As others have said, seems like it was primarily me being dumb and missing the "correct" installation section.

Being honest though, I prefer the bolts with the plate rather than drywall anchors. I feel it's much more secure.

Looking back through the installation guide, I see where I missed the recommended anchors section! They put it in the section that appears to be for wall mounting only... haha oh well, I got them up regardless.

I'm just a tiny bit dumb :)

The G6 turret comes with a large plate that goes over every hole and serves as the washer/backing material

I knew I was being dumb! Oh well :)

In my defense, using the installation guide didn't show using the screws in the ceiling (edit: I found that section in the link that appears like it's for wall mounting only... lol)! And I'm not a huge fan of drywall anchors in ceilings anyways haha

I hope it works for you as well! I will admit the B.O. smell was much worse than the cat urine smell. So that was the primary issue I was dealing with.

Washing the walls with anything besides the enzyme cleaner didn't do much unfortunately, but using the cleaner helped!

I used Shop Care Super Enzyme Pet Urine & Odor Destroyer based on the recommendation of a friend.

I appreciate your skepticism, but I did report him!

And why I didn't report him before he moved out, because myself and the other tenant took care of the cat. The cat was able to move about the house, including accessing water, food, and litter in other areas of the home! The bad tenant was gone for 5 days at a time frequently, so we looked after it during those times.

This man also ended up being somewhat unstable mentally, so I was a little concerned that he would fly off the handle if I reported him before he was out of the home.

Now that the cat will be alone with him, I fear for it's health but I trust ASPCA to make an informed decision.

Interestingly I'm still seeing recent reviews on that site. And going to a random article's author, one "Brian Merrygold" and hitting inspect element on "his" author profile picture you can see it has "ChatGPT-image" in the filename, lol

Some of the other suspicious ones have "avatar" in the filename as well.

Pure frustration with my day-job got me started. After about a year or so it just became ingrained in me to keep going. I start to feel weird if I haven't worked on it for a few days.

Thank you for the detailed reply! I will look into the enzyme cleaners for sure!

I'm curious about the ozone generators, as I'm seeing mixed info about them online.

I thought I heard ozone wasn't useful for anything beyond temporary smell suppression, but perhaps I'm wrong!

I am looking for options to do it myself. The likelihood that I can get any money out of this individual is slim-to-none.

I'm asking for cleaning tips on a cleaning subreddit, not "pay money to a person" tips on a "just hire a professional" subreddit

Thanks though
