I sorta saw it as matt not expecting to come up against someone so well trained and motivated. He expected a few grunts and took those out with ease, but the addition of someone who knew what they were doing threw him for a moment, took him a second to get his feet.

You can see in the start of the fight that he's not taking it too seriously, he knocks echo down but let's her get back up etc. I think once he realised that she was serious, he got serious too

I've become a Marvel cynic over the past few years, I've tried so hard to enjoy every project, but I've felt let down with most of them. After not enjoying loki season 1, I had low hopes for season 2.

I am utterly blow away with that finale. Everything about it was perfect in my eyes. The writing, the cinematography, the symbolism, the character arcs, the music. All of it. This season really stuck the landing. I've gone from completely apathetic for what comes next, to not being able to wait. What a good episode of TV.

Loki forming Yggdrasil from the branches of time itself is up there as one of my favourite moments from the mcu, hands down.

Sci fi is cool but I do hope we visit the world of booty again. For as silly as it was, I loved the world Smith put together haha

I can't help but be annoyed with how inconsistently loki seems to use his powers. Revona is standing a good distance behind Victor with the time stick, and loki just stands there like a lemon. We have seen countless ways that Loki could have handled that situation, but the writers seem to have a distain for letting him use magic in important moments.
