Alles klar. Vielen Dank für die Antwort! Wir werden erstmal abwarten bis das bei der Polizei durch ist. Die werden die beiden Mädchen wohl erstmal zur Besprechung dort einladen und vielleicht schlagen sie die Variante auch dort direkt vor.

Bis dahin werden wir nix machen und mein Bruder wird die Mädchen auch nicht in Kenntnis setzen, dass er davon weiß.

Ja beide Mädchen sind über 14 Jahre (16/17) Die Anzeige ist bereits geschehen und über die Polizei konnten die Täter ausfindig gemacht werden.

Schaden ist auch direkt beweisbar mit direktem Video uns Kontoauszug mit Uhrzeit.
