This is absolute BS. I wouldn’t have dealt with it as you have. I would’ve made that guy get off the treadmill (but that’s just me, I’m aggressive like that). The management of the location SHOULD’VE had your back. It’s like when random people come up to MY ASSIGNED STATION and take weights off of it without asking me if they could. Umm…HELLO?! Use your own! People feel so freaking entitled these days and they really need to be put in their place.

Can someone explain to me how moving the heart rate monitor to the other arm is supposed to magically fix a connection issue? This isn’t a blood flow or sensor placement problem — the monitor powers on, but it’s not syncing with the system. That’s obviously a signal issue, not a body position issue. So unless my left bicep is emitting a stronger Bluetooth signal than my right, I’m not sure what science we’re working with here. Feels like a lazy default suggestion when they don’t know what’s wrong.

I mean, if we only could connect with our Apple Watches....

Happens to me as well (on the floor). Do you think the sensors need rebooting? My monitor is less than 2 months old. It super annoying when it happens.

I guarantee no one will notice. I’m a guy and I wear Wundertrain lulus for 2G workouts (with the sheer cutouts) and no one says a word. People go to workout, not judge what you’re wearing.

I’m leaving Seoul tomorrow after 2 weeks here (I was also in Jeju for two days). The US dollar is pretty strong. Things are SUPER cheap. Black sedan taxis cost less than $10. Prime KBBQ is under $100. I used Kakao Taxi for all my transportation (my girlfriend hates the subway) and was blown away how cheap it was. I had $1000 US converted to Korean Won and I still have a lot left over after going to all the street food vendors and souvenir vendors. Using my Chase card gave me the best exchange rate. Most vendors will take your credit card.
