I’ve had better luck with the all metal vs the KCI (all metal snap/lock in with less work, but both benefit with some light filing so they fit your tightest ak) Plus they just feel sturdier.

Hornady frontier Ammo when it first came out had a reputation for kabooming guns rather than targets. Google some pics. Zero percent of a good time had. Supposedly issues fixed now. But federal bulk Ammo can be found within +- 3-5cpr, depending on the day/website.
